Shellfish Conservation Commission
Members of the Commission shall have the powers and duties as prescribed by the Private and Special Legislation dealing with the Shellfish Conservation Commission and as prescribed in the current Town of Yarmouth’s Shellfish Conservation Ordinance.
The Shellfish Conservation Commission consists of three members each from Yarmouth and North Yarmouth.
